Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for select pin codes.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our courier partner's website.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

House Of Grihini is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at houseofgrihini@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
